Should I place my order online or over the phone? When should I call?
In most cases, your order will ship fastest if you place the order online. We will make every attempt to expedite your phone order, but we recommend online ordering unless you have no other option. Some phone orders may take one additional business day to be processed and shipped.
Feel free to call us if you are having trouble getting all the specs for a part. If you call outside our business hours, please don’t hesitate to leave us a message. If you request or require a call back, we will get back to you just as soon as we can. Please be patient with our callback time as we occasionally have a very large call volume.
What are your regular office hours? Are you open to the public?
We are available to answer your phone calls or emails between 10 AM and 4 PM (PST), but we are not open to the public. If you are located nearby and would like to pickup an order, please select “Pickup @ Centrix” as your shipping option when you check out. It will usually be about an hour or so before your order is ready.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Visa/MasterCard/Amex - Please enter the correct billing address for your card, and leave a phone number in case we require verbal confirmation
International Credit Card Authorization - So that we may process your non-US credit card, please enter your credit card information below and download our authorization form. Fill in all fields and sign it in ink, and fax it to us at (01) 909-480-3006. Your order will remain pending until we receive this agreement. Please provide the form promptly so that we can expedite your order.
PayPal - You must either be a verified PayPal member, or be shipping to a confirmed address.
Check/Money Order - Shipment of your order may be delayed up to 5 days or until your check clears. Orders paid by money order will be shipped upon receipt of youy payment.
TT Wire Transfers - This option is for orders exceeding $500, and is currently not offered to US customers at our website checkout. A Wire Transfer, or Telex Transfer (TT) is an electronic payment from one bank to another. This is the most secure form of payment as the funds are guaranteed to be paid before the goods are shipped. Orders of $10,000 or more must be paid by wire transfer. Please call us if you wish to place an order using this method.
COD Cashier’s Check - This option is only available for phone orders and will only be offered at our discretion. We will require you to supply us with a faxed copy of the check so that we can verify with the bank that it is a valid cashier’s check.
What steps does Centrix Int'l take to protect my identity?
We do not sell or share the information you've entrusted to us with anyone . While your order is processed, your financial information is encrypted. Once your order has been processed and shipped, your financial information is immediately deleted and purged from our online database. Finally, unless you have asked us to keep your information, each month we purge our entire database of orders over a month old. That includes all names, addresses, and email addresses. We are in the business of selling surplus hardware, not personal information. We take every step to ensure that your order is a secure and private transaction.
Do you offer quantity discounts?
If QTY discounts are not posted online for the item you seek, please call 909-480-3000 Ext 210 to inquire about quantity discounts or to make a volume purchase. If you have bought from us before, please direct your call to the representative who last assisted you. This will help us to better serve your needs. 
I am a reseller. How do I remove the tax from my order?
Please enter a valid seller's permit number in the field provided at our website checkout. Then download our reseller form. Fill in all fields and sign it in ink, and fax it to us at 909-480-3006 (ATTN: Processing). Your order will remain pending until we receive this agreement. Please provide the form promptly so that we can expedite your order.Once received, we will keep your information on file with tax exempt status for our records and for your future orders. When you use your account in the existing customer checkout in the future, you will automatically see that your account has tax exempt status.
When will my order ship?
Orders will be process and usually ship within 24hrs. We will expedite your order but cannot always guarantee same-day shipping. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays will be processed on the next working day. We may need to contact you for address verification. To ensure fast shipping, it is important to leave a valid daytime phone number when placing your order.
Do you accept faxed purchase orders?
Centrix International gives a period of net-30-day terms to government and educational institutions only. All other faxed orders must be pre-paid. It is always a good idea to call to confirm pricing and availability prior to placing an order by fax.
How are shipping charges calculated?
All shipping charges are determined by weight. The minimum shipping weight is 1 pound. The shipping price is calculated ether by total weight (item weight x Qty) or by Dimension Weight, whichever is greater. Insurance is included in all our shipments. In most cases, adding accessories to your order will not increase your shipping charges. When will my order ship?
Can you dropship my order?
Yes! We charge a $10 fee for dropshipping.
Could you bill a shipment to my freight account?
Any order by fax or phone can be billed to a recipient or third-party freight account number, but, if the bill is not paid for any reason, it will be reversed to our account. In such cases, you may be charged the full amount of the bill plus 20% for the inconvenience. If you are disputing a bill from a courier who has overbilled you, please let us know why so that we can fight any unfair charges together.
What is dimensional weight?
When shipping fragile bulky items like computer motherboards or LCD panels, we must use extra protection to avoid damages during transit. A full ATX Motherboard weighs approx. 2 lbs., however we must use a 15 x 15 x 5 box for safe transit. Carriers like FedEx, UPS, and DHL will charge us for a Dimensional Weight of 6lbs. While browsing our site, item weights followed by *dm are dimensionally weighted. If you intend to purchase several of these items, we suggest you contact our sales staff. We will work to condense your shipments and lower the dimensional weight which will subsequently lower the cost.
Do you offer shipping to my country?
We currently offer shipping to the following countries. We have not listed all possible destinations. If your country is not listed and you would like to place an order, please send us an email and we will help you to complete an order if possible. We may choose to add more countries to this list over time as we establish relationship with freight companies
What warranty do you offer?
Our coverage period is 30 days for replacement and 14 days for refund, excluding items whose description or heading specifies otherwise. After 30 days, you will have to contact the manufacturer to check for additional coverage. In the event that you need to return an item, please use our online RMA request to obtain an RMA number. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Returns without a valid RMA number will not be processed. How do I track my order?
You can use our website tracking links to track the status of your package, and determine whether or not the package has shipped . In addition, all online orders will require you to enter an e-mail address. We will send your tracking number to this address as soon as the information is available. Please note that only online orders can be tracked through our website.
